My background comes from having been a collegiate athlete and becoming a Certified Yoga Instructor by Strala Yoga (Yoga Teachers Association)  as well as a Personal Trainer via the American College of Sports Medicine. I love to utilize my diverse background and have a knack for matching goals and intensities that range from someone looking for a relaxing yoga session at the end of a long week to an athlete who is training for their next big triathlon.  No matter what you are looking to accomplish, New York New You is designed to:
