We wanted to provide an update on your training and packages while we are sheltering at home. All in person sessions will be paused until further notice. While we are aware of how important fitness is to our everyday lives and creating balance, particularly in stressful times, your health and well-being is our highest priority. As well as the health of the community at large.
While in person sessions are paused, we are offering virtual or online personal training and wellness sessions. Both for individuals and groups. With all that is unknown about the corona virus, there is one thing that is for sure. The stronger our immune systems, the better off we are. Getting in regular exercise is a great way to naturally boost your immune system. At uncertain times like these, it’s important to keep your fitness routine or build one to help keep you balanced and feeling well both physically and mentally.
