Dear Fit Friends,
I hope you and your family have been healthy and are doing well given the circumstances. I just wanted to touch base to check in as well as update you on in person & virtual training.

In Person Training
I have started in person training under the following guidelines:

  • Only outdoor sessions (i.e. personal outdoor space or parks)
  • Both parties are wearing a mask throughout the session
  • We remain 6 feet apart
  • I will sanitize before working with each of you
  • I will be wearing gloves for our sessions
  • I am biking to sessions to avoid use of public transportation
  • If using equipment, it is your equipment (so that we are not touching the same equipment)

Online/Virtual Training
Given the circumstances, I shifted into online training about a couple of months ago. This will continue to be an option moving forward. I am a sucker for working with y’all in person but to my surprise, online training has worked really well over the last couple of months! I’ve been super pleased that training this way has been at least just as effective as training in person. For some of y’all, we’ve been able to push towards goals even harder. Go figures! Thank you for teaching me something new and unexpected. If you are curious to learn more about online training you can learn more it here or feel free to shoot me an email.

If you have any questions, please contact us here.

We wanted to provide an update on your training and packages while we are sheltering at home.  All in person sessions will be paused until further notice.  While we are aware of how important fitness is to our everyday lives and creating balance, particularly in stressful times, your health and well-being is our highest priority.  As well as the health of the community at large.

While in person sessions are paused, we are offering virtual or online personal training and wellness sessions.  Both for individuals and groups.  With all that is unknown about the corona virus, there is one thing that is for sure.  The stronger our immune systems, the better off we are.  Getting in regular exercise is a great way to naturally boost your immune system.  At uncertain times like these, it’s important to keep your fitness routine or build one to help keep you balanced and feeling well both physically and mentally.

Stay well and healthy.  As always, should you have any questions feel free to reach out via email or to contact us here.
